At Oak & Stone, we work with homeowners, investors, developers, and professional house flippers to get top dollar for every property.  Our Auckland property styling process includes the following 5 steps:

1. Property Visit: Initial Walkthrough

Our Stylists visit your property to design a unique look to best suit you're interior and discuss its potential. We will walk through any requirements and discuss strategies to optimize your home’s potential.

2. Receive Our Home Styling Proposal

We put together an obligation-free quote for your approval. We provide the furniture, the artwork, rugs, plants, details and can also cover off minor maintenance where required.

3. Installation Day: We Style Your Property

We bring all the elements together and stage your property over 4 to 6 hours transforming it for photography and inspectors

4. Rental Period of 4 weeks + 2 weeks free

Need the furniture for longer? No problem, we can extend the rental period.

5. Pack Up/ Removal

Once the property has been sold our experienced team will pack up all the items in a timely and professional manner
